Revenue Operations | Applied AI | Business Development

I build revenue engines — and the AI-enabled operating layer that runs them. Eight years, three continents, five signed clients, and a documented methodology behind all of it.

About Me

From Ground Zero
to Predictable Revenue

I build revenue engines for companies running on spreadsheets and personal relationships. Eight years, three continents, one recurring pattern: real demand, and no system to capture it. A CRM nobody uses. A pipeline that lives in one rep’s head. A forecast that’s a guess. Leads that sit for a day before anyone calls.

What I do about it is the same every time — make the CRM the single source of truth, define the lifecycle and the pipeline stages, put SLAs on the handoffs, design the comp and channel structure so the behaviour you want is the behaviour that pays, and build the reporting that makes it all visible. I wrote the methodology down: an eight-phase revenue architecture built on the Bow Tie lifecycle model and SPICED qualification.

The part that is newer, and the reason I ship more than my headcount suggests, is the operating layer underneath it. I run delivery through AI workflows with a persistent context layer, so the system remembers the account between sessions and every client-facing output still passes a human review gate. It is the same instinct as the revenue work — build the system, write it down, make it survive the person who built it.

Career Journey

Experience

Eighteen years of work, condensed. The through-line is the same at every stop: walk into a situation with no system, and leave one behind.

Jan 2023 — Present
Managing Principal, Revenue Operations

Provecta Group installs complete revenue engines for companies whose revenue still depends on individual people rather than a system. I hold sole contracting authority for the firm — all client contracts, bank mandates, statutory filings and regulator representation — per board resolution. Five signed clients across real estate development, legal, private security, construction and online education. I authored the firm’s operating IP: an eight-phase revenue architecture, the CC/DE Operating Standard, and the Adaptive Communication Standard.

Provecta Group · Atlanta, USA — Nairobi & Mombasa, KE — Astana, KZ
Sep 2018 — Jan 2025
Director of Sales & Business Development

Market entry is a behavioural problem before it is a product problem. I entered Central Asia with no local relationships and no language fluency, and was promoted from intern to Director over six years. I built a 20-person sales organisation and a 20-person business development organisation, closed $3M+ in total contract value from zero pipeline at a $500K+ average annual deal size, and standardised an outbound motion — 15% response, 50% booking, 47% close on inbound — that was adopted as the operating standard for the market.

Qosil · Astana, Kazakhstan
Jun 2024 — Sep 2025
Director of Business Development (Contract)

Supply is the constraint in a marketplace, not demand. I took a yacht charter platform from 2 markets to 7 across 3 continents in twelve months, onboarding 363 supply-side listings, and built the ideal-customer profiles and partner incentive structures behind the expansion. The finding that changed the plan: cold calling drove 60% of all conversions, against an internal assumption that email would carry it.

YATR · Remote — Miami, FL, USA
Jan 2017 — Sep 2019
Project Manager (Contract)

Owned scope, budget, permitting, schedule and subcontractor selection across residential construction. Delivered the sponsored entry at Solar Decathlon Africa 2019 — the first Solar Decathlon held on the African continent, judged across ten categories. When the machinery to produce the building materials on site failed to clear customs, I sourced replacement masonry locally and completed a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with full plumbing and both grid-tied and off-grid power in under one month on site. The sponsored team won.

Freedom Builders · Atlanta, GA, USA — Ben Guerir, Morocco
May 2016 — Jul 2019
Environmental Compliance Specialist

Managing 100+ concurrently active construction sites teaches one thing fast: the fastest path to resolution is understanding who actually controls the outcome. I held compliance authority against City and Georgia Soil & Water Commission approved plans with power to issue stop-work orders, and served as the department’s expert witness in court on contested citations — with zero successful appeals against the department during my tenure.

Applied AI

AI, As Actually Practised

Most AI on a résumé is a claim. These are the six use cases I can walk anyone through end to end — what was built, what it replaced, and what changed as a result. I am an operator who deploys commercial models into revenue work, not an engineer who trains them, and the distinction matters.

Operating Layer
A Model-Agnostic Context Layer

Built the persistent-context layer that carries project state between AI sessions — markdown files under version control, readable by any model. Portable across Claude and ChatGPT, so the operating knowledge is not hostage to one vendor.

Context recovery: 10–15 min → under 30 sec · six production deployments
Delivery Workflow
Multi-Agent Delivery Workflows

Orchestrated multi-agent workflows for proposal development, market research, competitive intelligence and CRM buildout — 51 domain agents organised across 20 functions, with defined handoffs and a named human sign-off before anything reaches a client.

Sustained 12 concurrent project areas with a single operator
Throughput
Compressing Professional-Services Delivery

Ran a measured 26-day window across twelve concurrent workstreams — proposals, financial models, decks, sites, contracts and research — to test what AI-assisted delivery actually does to throughput rather than to headcount.

304 deliverables in 26 days · 80 documents, 57 PDFs, 26 spreadsheets, 8 decks
Governance
An AI Operating Standard, Written Down

Authored the CC/DE Operating Standard — approved tools, data-handling rules, and review gates that must clear before any AI-assisted output goes to a client. Configured and governed Anthropic and OpenAI API access, including cost controls.

Applied across every client engagement; credited by name in client documentation
Publication
AI Memory — Volume I

Authored the Provecta white paper on persistent-context architecture for AI-assisted operations (April 2026), documenting the deployment pattern, the failure modes, and the measured results — now the basis of the firm’s internal AI operating standard.

77+ user stories across 19 epics · ~25% onboarding-time reduction
Client Deployment
AI Inside a Client’s Own Stack

Deployed AI-assisted revenue operations inside client environments rather than as a side tool — CRM webforms, visitor tracking, lead routing and nurture built in the client’s own Zoho org, with the client owning the licences and the data.

First 37 leads into pipeline on a system that previously captured none
Models & platforms: Claude · ChatGPT · Anthropic API · OpenAI API  |  Practice: agentic workflows · context engineering · human-in-the-loop review gates · AI governance & usage standards · workflow automation  |  Revenue systems: Zoho One / Zoho CRM · HubSpot · Salesforce · n8n / Zapier · Tableau / Power BI

I deploy commercial models into revenue workflows. I do not train or fine-tune models, and every client-facing output passes a human review gate.
